Swim schools don’t fit into generic software. Between venues, teaching areas, course blocks, continuous lessons, cover teachers, medical information and progression tracking, most systems fall short by being either too basic or too rigid.
I founded Swimpilot after seeing this first-hand while working inside a family swim school. The tools available either didn’t reflect how we actually operated, were unnecessarily expensive, or made simple day to day tasks more complicated than they needed to be. Over time, it became clear that swim schools were being forced to adapt to the software, instead of the software supporting the way they run.
